Foam comes first
Ultra Foam lifts grit off the paint before anything touches it. Most wash scratches happen because that step gets skipped and the dirt gets dragged.

A mitt, not a sponge
Microfiber pile pulls dirt up into the nap and holds it there. A flat sponge keeps it pressed against the panel.

Dry it, don’t let it dry
The twisted-loop towel takes the water off in a pass. Left to air-dry, the minerals in the water stay behind as spots.
