Yes — the foam cannons are designed to run off a standard pressure washer. If you don't have one, the No Hose kit and the quick detailer cover a lot of the same ground with no equipment at all.
Wash it separately from ordinary laundry, skip the fabric softener entirely, and tumble dry low or hang it. Softener clogs the fibres and is the fastest way to ruin a good towel — that's what the microfiber detergent is for.
